    • Responsible for basic construction of telecommunications sites
    • Must have basic set of hand tools and and knowledge of basic power tools
    • Must be able to work well with internal and external groups and individuals
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills required
    • This position involves extensive time at individual sites
